This pressure control valve is designed for batch chemical reactors in fine chemical, pharmaceutical, and polymer synthesis processes. It precisely regulates the internal gas pressure of the reactor to maintain optimal reaction conditions, ensuring consistent product quality and yield while preventing runaway reactions or overpressure events that could lead to catastrophic failure. Constructed from Hastelloy C-276 or tantalum with a bellows-sealed stem and PTFE lining for exceptional corrosion resistance against aggressive acids, solvents, and chlorinated compounds. The valve features a pilot-operated or positioner-actuated control mechanism for high-precision regulation, combined with an integrated emergency shut-off valve and a burst disc connection for redundant overpressure protection. A nitrogen blanket connection enables inert atmosphere maintenance. All wetted surfaces are smooth and drainable to prevent material accumulation and polymerization. The valve includes a position feedback transmitter (4-20mA) for DCS/PLC integration and remote set-point adjustment. Connections: flanged to ANSI or DIN standards. Working pressure: -0.1 to 6.4 MPa, temperature: -20°C to +300°C. Sizes: DN25 to DN150.
