This pressure control valve is designed for food and beverage filling and sterilization processes. It precisely regulates product pressure and backpressure during filling, capping, and retort sterilization to prevent bottle bursting, leakage, deformation, and recontamination. The valve ensures consistent fill levels, secure cap sealing, and product integrity. Constructed from 316L stainless steel with an electropolished interior surface (Ra ≤ 0.6 μm) meeting 3A sanitary standards. A sanitary diaphragm sensing element provides accurate pressure regulation without product contact dead zones. The valve is fully CIP and SIP compatible, with a spray ball port for automated cleaning. All seals are EPDM or silicone, FDA-approved for food contact. Connections are tri-clamp or flanged for tool-free disassembly. Working pressure range: 0.1–1.0 MPa, temperature range: up to 130°C. Available with pneumatic or electric actuator for remote set-point adjustment.
