This top-entry ball valve is designed for applications where valve maintenance without pipeline removal is critical, such as underground gas distribution, tank farm isolation, offshore platforms, and chemical processing units. It features a one-piece body with a bolted top cover that allows access to the ball, seats, and stem for inspection and replacement without dismantling the valve from the pipeline. The body is cast from carbon steel or stainless steel with a corrosion-resistant coating. The ball is precision-machined and chrome-plated, and the seats are made from reinforced PTFE or metal with a spring-loaded design to provide bubble-tight shut-off. A blow-out-proof stem with double O-ring sealing and live-loaded packing ensures zero fugitive emissions. The valve includes a gearbox actuator for low-torque manual operation and a position indicator for visual status. Flanged or welded end connections available. Pressure rating: up to 6.4 MPa (Class 600), temperature range: -40°C to 200°C, sizes: DN50 to DN600. Designed to withstand pipeline bending stresses and soil loads, making it suitable for buried service with extended stem and valve box. Optional fire-safe design and anti-static device available.
