This ultra-high-pressure self-sealing ball valve is designed for extreme pressure applications such as waterjet cutting, hydrostatic test benches, high-pressure water injection, and deep-sea simulation chambers. It features a one-piece forged body made from high-strength alloy steel with a special heat treatment for increased toughness and fatigue resistance under cyclic loading up to 200 MPa. The ball is precision-machined from hardened stainless steel and coated with a low-friction, anti-galling layer. The seats are made from a proprietary polymer composite designed to self-seal under increasing pressure, providing tighter shut-off as system pressure rises. The stem is blow-out-proof with a live-loaded packing system rated for the full working pressure. All pressure-containing components are designed with a safety factor of 3:1 and are hydrostatically tested to 1.5 times the rated pressure. The valve operates with a lever or gearbox, and includes a pressure relief port on the cavity for safety. Connections are high-pressure threaded (HPN or Autoclave style) or flanged per specialized standards. Working pressure: up to 200 MPa, temperature range: -20°C to 80°C, sizes: DN6 to DN50.
