This ultra-high pressure control valve is designed for waterjet cutting and industrial hydroblasting systems operating at pressures up to 400 MPa (60,000 psi). It precisely regulates and stabilizes the output pressure of high-pressure water or abrasive-water mixture, ensuring consistent cutting kerf width, edge quality, and cleaning efficiency. The valve prevents pressure spikes that could damage nozzles or cause system failure. Constructed from super duplex stainless steel or titanium alloy with a hardened tungsten carbide or ceramic trim for extreme wear resistance under high-velocity water and abrasive particle erosion. A pilot-operated or direct-acting spool mechanism provides rapid response to flow changes, while an integrated safety relief valve protects downstream components. All high-pressure seals are PEEK (polyetheretherketone) or reinforced PTFE for long-term sealing integrity. Connections are high-pressure cone or ferrule type rated for 400 MPa. The valve includes a pressure transducer port for real-time monitoring and a manual override for emergency operation. Working temperature: 10°C to 90°C, with optional heating for cold environments.

(4) Integrated safety relief valve prevents overpressure damage to nozzles and intensifier pumps, reducing costly downtime.
(5) PEEK or reinforced PTFE seals maintain zero-leak performance at 400 MPa, even during rapid pressure decay and thermal cycling.
