This pressure control valve is designed for industrial combustion systems to regulate gas (natural gas, LPG, biogas) or light fuel oil pressure before the burner. It maintains a stable and precise fuel pressure under varying flow demands, ensuring efficient and safe combustion while minimizing emissions. An integrated safety shut-off solenoid valve provides instant fuel cutoff in case of flame failure, overpressure, or loss of air pressure. Constructed from die-cast aluminum alloy or stainless steel with a balanced valve trim and stainless steel spring for accurate regulation. The valve features an integrated high/low gas pressure switch, a leak test port on the safety shut-off section, and an adjustable air bypass port for optimizing the air/fuel ratio. Flanged or threaded connections are available, with a manual shut-off valve upstream. The unit is ATEX-certified for explosive atmospheres. Working pressure range: 0.5 to 100 kPa, ambient temperature: -20°C to +80°C.
